When we accept your order, we aim to deliver your product(s) within the timescales listed on the delivery information page. There are some postcodes where we cannot guarantee these timescales – see 'Exceptions to typical delivery timecales' for more information.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you with your order information and tracking number. This will be followed by an email from the courier providing you with your delivery information, tracking number. etc.
If, after your expected delivery date, you have still to take receipt of your order please email us providing your order number, name, address, brief details of what you ordered and any shipment number you may have. We aim to answer all queries within one working day (a working day is Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays), although at busy times we do ask that you bear with us. Please submit your query only once, as repeated emails only serve to slow down our response time and can result in further delays to your order.
