When we accept your order, we aim to deliver your product(s) within the timescales outlined below. There are some postcodes where we cannot guarantee these timescales – see 'Exceptions to typical delivery timecales' for more information.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you with your order information and tracking number. This will be followed by an email from the courier providing you with your delivery information, tracking number. etc.

If, after your expected delivery date, you have still to take receipt of your order please email us providing your order number, name, address, brief details of what you ordered and any shipment number you may have. We aim to answer all queries within one working day (a working day is Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays), although at busy times we do ask that you bear with us. Please submit your query only once, as repeated emails only serve to slow down our response time and can result in further delays to your order.

Delivery options

Standard delivery

We anticipate standard delivery times to the UK to be between 1 and 3 days. For Ireland this is likely to extend up to 7 days. When your order is dispatched you will be sent a tracking number which you can use to track the delivery with the courier. Please contact us if your product(s) hasn't arrived within the expected time frame.

Next working day deliveries

For orders placed before 3pm, we are able to offer next business day deliveries to the majority of the UK. Unfortunately this is not a service we offer to Ireland. Certain locations within the UK may result in a longer delivery time, for further information, see delivery exclusions, or contact us before placing your order.

Saturday deliveries

For orders placed before 3pm on Friday, we offer a Saturday delivery option. Unfortunately this is not a service we offer to Ireland. Certain locations within the UK may result in a longer delivery time, for further information, see delivery exclusions, or contact us before placing your order.

 

Delivery exclusions

We are unable to guarantee our usual delivery timescales to some (typically rural) postcodes. If your address's postcode is listed below, please allow extra time for your order to arrive. The timescales indicated are based on orders placed before 3pm, Monday-Friday.

Damaged deliveries

Please check the condition of all cartons as soon as they are delivered - if the packaging is damaged, please do not sign for the goods and notify us as soon as possible.

If the packaging is in good order, please go ahead and sign for the delivery.

After signing for your items, please check them as soon as possible. If the items are damaged, we have no recourse with the courier unless reported within 24 hours so please check thoroughly once received. In case of any damage, please let us know straight away.

If any item has arrived damaged, please take some photos (if possible) of the damage and the packaging. This will help us ensure we get things resolved for you as quickly as possible.
